Marcus Hook was settled in 1655, which makes it one of the oldest places in Pennsylvania, and St. Martin's Church has stood here since 1699. For a century the borough lived alongside the Sunoco refinery on its waterfront, and that site has since been redeveloped. It's a small Chichester School District borough and one of the more affordable places to buy in the county. The numbers below are current listings and recent sales from BrightMLS, the same data I use when I build a CMA.
I'm Ben Hill, and I spent 20 years on the mortgage side. In a lower-priced market like this one, the details of the loan, the appraisal, and repairs decide most deals, and I keep an eye on all three. Get your free Marcus Hook home valuation » or talk to me directly »
