Every one of Delaware County's 49 municipalities now has its own dedicated guide on OwnDelco. Every one of the county's 15 school districts does too. That's not a marketing line. It's just a fact I finished checking off this year, one town at a time.

Most real estate sites build content around whatever happens to be selling that month. You'll find a page for the town with the hot listing and nothing for the one three exits down the highway. I did it the other way around. I sat down with the actual list of every municipality in this county, all 49 of them, from Aldan to Yeadon, and built something real for every single one, whether I have a listing there right now or not.

The Map Below Is the Whole County

Every pin on that map is a town with a real page behind it. Click any of them and you're not landing on a stub with three sentences and a stock photo. You're landing on an actual guide covering schools, pricing, neighborhoods, and the honest read on that town's market, the same depth whether you click Wayne or Prospect Park.

Getting There Wasn't Clean

Along the way I ran into the kind of mess that only shows up once you actually try to cover an entire county properly instead of the convenient parts of it. A handful of towns go by two names at once, and most sites just pick one and hope nobody notices the other. Havertown is really Haverford Township. Broomall is really Marple Township. Glen Mills spans two townships that don't even share a school district. Untangling that isn't required to sell a house. It's required if you actually want to be the place people come to understand this county, which is the whole point of OwnDelco.

Every School District Too

The same coverage exists for schools. All 15 Delaware County school districts, Chester-Upland, Chichester, Garnet Valley, Haverford Township, Interboro, Marple Newtown, Penn-Delco, Radnor Township, Ridley, Rose Tree Media, Southeast Delco, Springfield, Upper Darby, Wallingford-Swarthmore, and William Penn, have their own page breaking down which towns feed into them and what a buyer should actually know before assuming their address settles the question. Why Bother

I didn't do this because Google told me to, though it certainly won't hurt. I did it because if you're going to call yourself the site for Delaware County real estate, you don't get to skip the towns that are less exciting to write about. Every one of them has someone about to move there for the first time, and that person deserves the same depth of information no matter which town they land on.
